- Hardened authentication and access control across the platform, replacing scattered, conflicting checks with a single derived “journey state” model and fixing a Cognito token-refresh race in the shared auth package.
- Prepared both apps to run under one shared domain, covering path-prefix-aware routing, build-time config validation, Turborepo cache keying and code-enforced indexing controls, and migrated legacy marketing pages to the App Router.
